Kevin Smith

Kevin leads all the Sales, Service, and Business Operations of Dry Solutions™. Kevin has strong relationships in Industrial Processing, Ice Arena, and Food Processing markets throughout North America. He started his career with Munter’s Corporation in 1991 and has served thousand’s of dehumidification applications. Kevin leads customers to their desired weather conditions, meeting and exceeding critical application needs. Kevin is married to Stephanie, has 4 children and 2 grandchildren. Kevin loves developing new product inventions, downhill skiing, golf and travel.

Vern Swedin

Vern brings 18+ years of executive leadership, new business development, and marketing alignment skills to the Dry Solutions™ team. Vern started his career in the Satellite Television and technology markets.  He helped generate sales exceeding $3 billion in revenues and spear-headed market launches in automated distribution, global procurement.  Vern has also has taught leadership development to hundreds of people from companies as small as startups to fortune 100. Vern is married to Darcie, has 2 children, and 1 grand dog. Vern is passionate about leadership development, loves playing golf, and fishing.

Krystilyn Smith

Krystilyn Smith is the Office Manager for Dry Solutions™. Her responsibilities encompass many aspects of our  business, including HR, IT, AP/AR, Finance, Payroll, Service, Parts, Sales, Customer Relations and much more. Her incredible organization skills keep our team running smoothly. She enjoys the positive environment and amazing team of people she works with daily. Her upbeat   attitude and energy make her a joy to have around. She brings over 17 years experience in the dehumidification industry. In her spare time, Krystilyn appreciates the time spent with her husband Scott and their 4 children. She enjoys shopping, boating, and cooking.

A.J. (JUICE) White

A.J. White brings Dry Solutions™ great energy and experience to the team. He has a 20-year HVAC background with most those years in the desiccant industry.He has worked on projects in several different fields spanning from NHL rinks to food processing plants to hospital surgery suits. A.J. has been with his wife Meghan for over 10 years.  They have 3 wonderful dogs Joule, Maxwell and Johnny Utah.  When he gets free time his favorite thing to do is to watch the great Rick Wilcox perform illusions and comedy all at the same time. He also enjoys gardening and sports. A.J. closely follows all Minnesota teams (yes even the Lynx) and his alma matter Cal Bears. He also enjoys golf and fishing.  He is somewhat of a local legend because he once completed the Buffalo Wild Wings challenge with 30 seconds to spare.

Victor Yeramian­

Victor Yeramian­ is an HVAC Consultant specializing in Climate­-Control Custom Air Handling Solutions as well as design of air treatment systems including airborne contaminant control, precision AC, and dedicated outdoor air systems with energy recovery. Previously Victor Yeramian was Director of Sales “The Americas” at Annexair Corp. Energy Recovery ERU’s.2010­2012.

From 1989­-2010 Victor was the Vice ­President of Sales in charge of the Americas at both Poolpak Int’l and Dectron, companies renown in the manufacturing of dehumidification/molecular filtration systems for commercial and industrial environments. His primary responsibilities included establishing and maintaining a sales distribution network throughout the Americas. His academic background comprises a college degree in Applied Science (Building Systems Engineering) from Vanier College of Montreal and Marketing studies from University of McGill.

Mr. Yeramian is a guest speaker with ASHRAE Chapter meetings. The various topics he presented at numerous engineering communities in diverse countries have included both Air quality / Air Filtration / ASHRAE.62­2010, Indoor Pool Design guidelines, and Precision cooling for ISA corrosion control. 

Justin Montgomery

Justin Montgomery brings 15 years of experience to Dry Solutions™ and will be focusing on sales in the Canadian market. Justin has dehumidification experience in hockey arenas, curling clubs, water treatment plants and cold storage/freezer distribution centres. Justin is married to Katie and has 4 children. As a hockey player and hockey coach Justin spends almost all his free time in hockey arenas. Over the years Justin conservatively estimates that he has been in more than 500 different hockey arenas.
